May 15, Fujian Quanzhou Base was designated by Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange as methanol delivery warehouse, and this is the first methanol delivery warehouse in Fujian Province. On the same day, Jiangsu Huihai Base Zone 900 (Phase II change project) passed the safety equipment completion acceptance and occupational hazard control result assessment successfully, indicating that the formal operating conditions are mature.
May 21, 80,000 dwt tanker “Silva” from Iran was successfully docked at the 100,000 dwt dock of Fujian Quanzhou Base, marking that the berthing capacity of Quanzhou Base has increased from the original 50,000 tons to 80,000 tons.
May 22, Xiao Liangping, Chairman and President of Southernpec Corporation, led a team to visit Luogang Development Zone at the invitation.
